Season's special: the Reindeer Sausage!
It's hard to describe how unique is this. Straight out of Lapland, we get the legendary "poro" from Hannu, one of the most renowned reindeer keepers in Finland.
Ingredients: Finnish reindeer and pork, salt, black pepper, juniper berries, apple vinegar
Since reindeer meat is not available all the time, we make the sausages in larger volumes and keep them frozen.
