LAMB MEATBALLS in pepper-tomato sauce
In order to minimize food waste we decided to rescue leftover minced meat and sausage and make something good out of it! We call the project "RESCUE LUNCH".
We don't say it's a "real" Moroccan food, but for sure it's a tasty and popular one!
1 portion: 200g meatballs (4-5) in 200g sauce
Merguez meatballs: lamb, beef, salt, cumin, coriander, harissa, garlic, fennel seeds, black pepper
Sauce: grilled peppers, tomato, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, black pepper
