Black Truffle Sausage for the new year!

A few more days of 2016 left and we're preparing something really special: Feri's Truffle Sausage and Truffle Honey Sausage with Chili.

By using black truffle infused olive oil of Baltic Truffles we give that extra flavour that makes our sausage unmistakably delicious. 

Black Truffle Sausage:

Ingredients: pork, salt, black pepper, garlic, sage, black truffle oil, pork casing  

Black Truffle and Honey Sausage with Chili:

Ingredients: pork, salt, black pepper, garlic, honey, black truffle oil, chili flakes, white wine vinegar, pork casing  

Production dates: 29 and 30th December. You can order the products from our web shop until 30th December, latest time of pickup is 7pm Friday (30th December)
